Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information WhelpTrack collects, why, and how you can control it. WhelpTrack is built for dog breeders to manage their own kennel records — we collect only what's needed to run that service.
1. Who we are
WhelpTrack is developed by RB Digital Studios ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the WhelpTrack mobile application (Android and iOS) and to whelptrack.pro.
2. Information we collect
WhelpTrack is an account-based app. When you sign up or sign in, and as you use the app, we collect the following:

We do not ask for or knowingly collect any information about breeding clients' pets, buyers, or other third parties beyond the contact details you choose to enter yourself.
3. How your data is stored
Your records are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (via Supabase), protected by row-level security rules that ensure your kennel records are visible only to your own account — no other WhelpTrack user, and no WhelpTrack employee routine access, can read your data through the app's normal operation.
Photos are stored in secure cloud storage, similarly scoped to your account.
4. How we use your information
- To provide the core functionality of the app (storing and displaying your own records)
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure
- To generate the PDF reports you request (puppy passports, litter reports) — these are created on your device from your own data and are not stored by us
- To respond if you contact us for support
5. Third-party services we use

WhelpTrack currently includes payment-processing infrastructure (RevenueCat) that is not active — no purchases are currently processed, and no payment information is collected. If a paid plan is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated first.
6. Your rights
You can review or edit most of your information directly in the app (Settings → Edit Profile). You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see our Account Deletion page for instructions. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to request a copy of your data or to object to certain processing; contact us using the details below.
7. Data retention
We retain your account and kennel records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our production systems, subject to a short backup-rotation window during which residual copies are securely deleted.
8. Children's privacy
WhelpTrack is a professional tool for dog breeders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
